Regatta 2026 returns to Beau Vallon from 2–4 October 2026, bringing three days of sport, music, entertainment, traditional activities, food and community celebration to one of Mahé’s best-known beaches.
Three days at Beau Vallon
Round Table Seychelles Regatta is one of the island’s much-loved annual events. This year’s programme combines sporting competitions, live entertainment, cultural performances, family activities, food stalls and attractions, with the weekend built around the theme “We Are One.”
What can visitors expect?
- Beach sports and traditional competitions
- Live bands, DJs and evening entertainment
- Moutya and other cultural activities
- Family-friendly daytime activities
- Local food and stalls around Beau Vallon
- Miss Regatta 2026 and other headline events
More than a celebration
Regatta also has a strong charitable purpose. In 2026, proceeds are supporting Seychelles’ deaf and hard-of-hearing community, including the Deaf Centre, while fundraising also continues for the Beau Vallon Family Park and related community projects.
Planning your Regatta weekend
If you are visiting Mahé during Regatta weekend, Beau Vallon is the place to be. Daytime activities begin on Saturday and Sunday, while Friday evening opens the weekend’s entertainment. With crowds expected, arriving early gives you more time to explore the stalls, find a comfortable place on the beach and enjoy the atmosphere before the evening programme gets busy.
Regatta is also a chance to experience Seychelles beyond the postcard beaches: local food, traditional culture, community life and the easy-going social atmosphere that makes Beau Vallon such a popular gathering place.
